We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all of our customers. 

Shipping Policy:

• Please be advised of a standard processing time of 2-3 business once you place the order 
• Shipping ranges from 2-4 business days (varies from holidays, weekends, etc) 
• Express shipping ranges from 1-3 business days 
• Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to appear

Delays:

Shipping times are estimates and subject to change due to weather, holidays, or postal delays. TheWigWardrobe is not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been shipped. 

Lost Or Stolen Packages: 

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local postal office first. TheWigWarobe is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier when necessary
