Refund policy
Due to the hygienic nature of wig products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there was an error on our part.
Eligible Issues
You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your wig if:
- You received the wrong items
- Your item arrived damaged
- There is a verified defect caused by Us
Failure to report within 72 hours voids eligibility for review.
If the issue is verified as our fault, we will:
- Offer a replacement, OR
- Offer a partial or full refund at our discretion
We do not cover issues caused by:
- Wear or installation
- Lace Cutting
- Bleaching, dyeing, or customization after delivery
- Improper maintenance
- Third party stylist altercations
